This focused treatment is designed to relieve jaw tension, headaches, and facial pain associated with TMJD. It combines targeted trigger point and myofascial release in the neck and shoulders to reduce muscular strain, gentle craniosacral techniques to support balance and mobility of the cranial bones, and precise intraoral work to release deep jaw muscles involved in chewing and clenching. Together, these techniques help decrease pain, improve jaw function, and restore ease to the head, neck, and jaw.

Intraoral techniques are performed only with informed consent, using clean gloves, and clients may decline or stop this portion of the treatment at any time.
