A gentle, light-pressure treatment that encourages the body's natural lymphatic circulation to support healthy fluid movement, relaxation, and overall wellness.

Please Note: This service provides focused treatment to specific areas and is not a full-body MLD session.

MLD may help reduce mild fluid retention and support the body's natural healing processes following minor injuries or surgery. It may also be beneficial for clients experiencing post-surgical swelling, bruising, sprains and strains, sports injuries, headaches related to sinus congestion, or those seeking gentle support for recovery and relaxation.

This service is not appropriate for clients with untreated congestive heart failure, lymphedema requiring specialized management, acute infection or fever, uncontrolled kidney disease, or certain other medical conditions. Clients undergoing cancer treatment or with complex medical conditions should contact us prior to booking to determine if this treatment is appropriate.
