Therapeutic massage. This service is all hands and no tools (cups or scraping tools), with a focus on relaxation and soothing pressure.

Relaxation Massage

Prenatal massage offers a natural, safe, drug-free alternative for pain relief. The increased blood flow to your tissues and the relaxation your body will experience during and after a session can significantly alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Prenatal Massage

Not just for athletes. This integrative massage may include cupping, scraping, hot stone, kinesiology taping, trigger point therapy and other soft tissue manipulations. The therapist will focus on rehabilitation, pain management, range of motion, and functional maintenance. In this service, the client has the ability to choose full body or focused areas.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

This 30 min session is spot specific utilizing manual tools such as scraping and cups.

Muscle scraping is a therapeutic technique that uses a specialized tool to break up scar tissue and adhesions in the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds muscles. 

Cupping is close to the opposite effect which involves placing cups on the skin to create suction; the negative pressure environment caused by the suction may cause a myofascial decompression to lift muscle fibers and increase blood flow to the affected areas.

Muscle Scraping & Cupping

Perfect for targeted relief, this 30-minute deep tissue massage focuses on releasing chronic tension and tight muscle groups. 

Using slow, firm pressure and therapeutic techniques, your therapist works deep into the muscle layers to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and reduce pain caused by stress, overuse, or injury. 

Ideal for addressing specific problem areas like the neck, shoulders, back, or legs when time is limited but results matter. Cupping, hot stone, scraping or even stretching may be included.

30 Minute Deep Tissue Focused Treatment

A revitalizing session designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and enhance mobility throughout your entire body. Experience deep stretches that target every major muscle group, leaving you feeling relaxed, re-energized, and aligned. Perfect for reducing stress, increasing range of motion, and promoting overall well-being.

Join us for an empowering and experiential class designed to help you understand and regulate your nervous system through the lens of Polyvagal Theory. This class blends science, mindfulness, and movement to support those living with chronic pain, stress, or nervous system dysregulation.

What You’ll Experience:

Guided nervous system regulation exercises based on Polyvagal Theory

Vagus nerve stimulation techniques and breathwork practices

RECLAIM: A Somatic Self-Love Experience

The American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning Course teaches participants how to recognize and respond to first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults. The course combines online learning with an in-person skills session and meets OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion, participants earn a 2-year nationally recognized digital certification accepted across healthcare, education, public safety, childcare, construction, and many other fields.
