Jennifer Alvarez
Jenny is a licensed massage therapist with over seven years in the field and three years as a massage therapy educator. Her approach to bodywork is rooted in a deep understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and evidence-based techniques, allowing her to tailor treatments to each client’s specific needs. Specializing in myofascial release, neuromuscular/trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, sports massage, medical massage, and vacuum therapy (cupping), Jenny is passionate about helping clients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. She believes in empowering clients through education, equipping them with the knowledge to take an active role in their health and recovery. In addition to her work as a therapist, Jenny is deeply passionate about women’s health, particularly in helping women and girls understand and support their relationship with their menstrual cycle. Through education and mentorship, she has guided women in recognizing the natural rhythms of their bodies and making informed choices that foster overall balance and wellness. As both a practitioner and educator, Jenny is dedicated to continuous learning and growth, always refining her skills to provide the highest level of care.
