90-Minute Alignment & Embodiment Session

A deep somatic and energetic recalibration for the woman who’s ready to feel clear, grounded, and fully aligned with the woman she’s becoming.

This 90-minute private session blends nervous system regulation, somatic processing, intuitive coaching, and energetic alignment to help you move through what’s keeping you stuck emotionally, mentally, or spiritually.

What we do together?

We begin by grounding your nervous system so you can feel safe, supported, and connected to your body.

From there, we explore what’s truly underneath the stress, tension, or confusion showing up in your life — identifying the core patterns, beliefs, and survival responses shaping your current reality.

Using somatic tools, breathwork, emotional processing, and nervous system awareness, we gently shift your internal state, allowing your body to release what it’s been holding so you can return to clarity and presence.

From this regulated space, we move into energetic and identity work aligning you with the version of yourself you’re stepping into and reconnecting you with the emotional frequency of your next chapter.

Integration + embodiment

We close the session with grounded, nervous-system-safe integration and aligned action steps so the shifts don’t end when you leave they continue unfolding in your daily life.
