This 90-minute session is your starting point. We slow everything down and work directly with your nervous system so you can feel safe, supported, and actually connected to what’s happening inside you. We’re not just talking about change. We’re creating it through touch, breath, and real-time awareness of what your body has been holding. Most women leave their first session feeling: • calmer than they’ve felt in a long time • clearer on what’s actually going on • more connected to themselves Your body starts to let go of what it’s been carrying. Clarity returns. You feel like yourself again. From there, we gently move into deeper alignment—helping you reconnect with the version of you you’ve been trying to reach and expand your capacity to actually hold her.
