Therapeutic massage. This service is all hands and no tools (cups or scraping tools), with a focus on relaxation and soothing pressure.

Relaxation Massage

Prenatal massage offers a natural, safe, drug-free alternative for pain relief. The increased blood flow to your tissues and the relaxation your body will experience during and after a session can significantly alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Prenatal Massage

Not just for athletes. This integrative massage may include cupping, scraping, hot stone, kinesiology taping, trigger point therapy and other soft tissue manipulations. The therapist will focus on rehabilitation, pain management, range of motion, and functional maintenance. In this service, the client has the ability to choose full body or focused areas.

Sports/Deep Tissue w/Devan, Angie, Jenny, Melissa, or Mary

A clinical approach to soft tissue therapy- this includes movement analysis, deep fascial and muscular body work, along with movement education. This is ideal for more mobility, injury rehab, sports recovery, chronic pain relief, and a better physical quality of life.

Structural Integration

This 30 min session is spot specific utilizing manual tools such as scraping and cups.

Muscle scraping is a therapeutic technique that uses a specialized tool to break up scar tissue and adhesions in the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds muscles. 

Cupping is close to the opposite effect which involves placing cups on the skin to create suction; the negative pressure environment caused by the suction may cause a myofascial decompression to lift muscle fibers and increase blood flow to the affected areas.

Muscle Scraping & Cupping

Kinesiology taping is a therapeutic technique that involves applying special elastic tape to the skin in specific patterns to help alleviate pain, reduce swelling, and support muscles and joints. The tape is designed to mimic the skin’s elasticity, allowing for greater movement without restricting range of motion.

Great for posture, swelling, injury prevention and rehab, and pain relief.​

Kinesiology Taping

This slow, meditative style of yoga focuses on passive stretching and holding poses for extended periods of time. 

Benefits include increased flexibility and joint mobility, releases tension and stress, calms and balances the mind and body, and encourages deeper breathing and relaxation. 

NO prior Yoga experience is needed. Mats, bolsters, and straps are available to borrow for class. Bring your own if you prefer. Dress in layers as the movements are slow and can decrease circulation. Be prepared to get on the floor.

Yin Yoga

This 90 minute Yin Yoga class taught by Angie Wrightstone combines a sound healing experience with Jodie Zearfoss. 

Jodie uses the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic sound instruments for deep healing and relaxation.

This practice decreases stress and helps to balance energy. Whether you’re seeking clarity, emotional release, or simple tranquility, this 90 minute experience offers a space for profound healing.

Yin Yoga with Sound Therapy

Join Kirsten at The Center for our New Moon Yoga series! The new moon is considered a time for new beginnings, change, and renewal. It is the beginning of a new moon's lunar phase and is a time when we feel like planning new things, setting intentions, beginning new projects, routines and habits. It is also a time where you may need some extra encouragement and support as you navigate all of these things! ​The feet and lower limb create the foundation of the body and tend to be where most dysfunction is present due to injury, trauma, stress of life, body position, and poor footwear. Therapists will learn to identify and affect common pathologies and patterns of dysfunction. This course focuses on the connective tissue (fascia) of the thigh and lower leg. A review of the anatomy of the foot, ankle and lower leg in relationship to structure and function is covered in this course.
