Therapeutic massage. This service is all hands and no tools (cups or scraping tools), with a focus on relaxation and soothing pressure.

Relaxation Massage

Prenatal massage offers a natural, safe, drug-free alternative for pain relief. The increased blood flow to your tissues and the relaxation your body will experience during and after a session can significantly alleviate many of the common discomforts of pregnancy.

Prenatal Massage

Heated stones glide over the body to warm muscles, ease tension, and promote deep relaxation. This restorative treatment combines pressure and heat to improve circulation, reduce stress, and leave you feeling calm and refreshed.

Hot Stone Massage

Perfect for targeted relief, this 30-minute deep tissue massage focuses on releasing chronic tension and tight muscle groups. 

Using slow, firm pressure and therapeutic techniques, your therapist works deep into the muscle layers to ease stiffness, improve mobility, and reduce pain caused by stress, overuse, or injury. 

Ideal for addressing specific problem areas like the neck, shoulders, back, or legs when time is limited but results matter. Cupping, hot stone, scraping or even stretching may be included.

30 Minute Deep Tissue Focused Treatment

Not just for athletes. This integrative massage may include cupping, scraping, hot stone, kinesiology taping, trigger point therapy and other soft tissue manipulations. The therapist will focus on rehabilitation, pain management, range of motion, and functional maintenance. In this service, the client has the ability to choose full body or focused areas.

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

A clinical approach to soft tissue therapy- this includes movement analysis, deep fascial and muscular body work, along with movement education. This is ideal for more mobility, injury rehab, sports recovery, chronic pain relief, and a better physical quality of life.

Structural Integration

This 30 min session is spot specific utilizing manual tools such as scraping and cups.

Muscle scraping is a therapeutic technique that uses a specialized tool to break up scar tissue and adhesions in the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds muscles. 

Cupping is close to the opposite effect which involves placing cups on the skin to create suction; the negative pressure environment caused by the suction may cause a myofascial decompression to lift muscle fibers and increase blood flow to the affected areas.

Muscle Scraping & Cupping

Kinesiology taping is a therapeutic technique that involves applying special elastic tape to the skin in specific patterns to help alleviate pain, reduce swelling, and support muscles and joints. The tape is designed to mimic the skin’s elasticity, allowing for greater movement without restricting range of motion.

Great for posture, swelling, injury prevention and rehab, and pain relief.​

Fascial Cupping Release Therapy

Cupping plus active range of motion is a manual treatment that combines negative-pressure cupping over the skin and underlying fascia with guided, patient-active movements to restore mobility, reduce myofascial restrictions, and improve tissue hydration and circulation.

What it is:

Cupping creates suction (silicone or plastic cups) on the skin to lift and mobilize the superficial fascia and soft tissues allowing for more blood flow. 

While cups are applied, the client performs specific active range-of-motion (AROM) or functional movements to actively stretch, glide, and reorganize fascial layers and improve neuromuscular control.

The therapist sequences cup placement and movement patterns to target lines of tension and movement dysfunction rather than isolated muscles alone.
