This class blends science, mindfulness, and movement to support those living with chronic pain, stress, or nervous system dysregulation. What You’ll Experience: Guided nervous system regulation exercises based on Polyvagal Theory Vagus nerve stimulation techniques and breathwork practices Instructor demonstration followed by hands-on participant practice A brief presentation on the “bottom-up” approach to healing and how your sensory systems and body responses play a role in chronic pain Each participant will receive a Nervous System Regulation Tool Bag, complete with handouts and exercises to continue your practice at home.
