Most women don’t actually know what relaxation feels like anymore. Their bodies are tense. Their minds are overstimulated. Their nervous systems are constantly “on,” even when they’re exhausted. Breathwork + Regulation Night is a low-pressure monthly experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect to your body, and give your nervous system space to exhale. This is not intense breathwork. This is not about forcing emotional release. This is gentle, grounding nervous system support through guided breath, body awareness, regulation practices, and rest. Together, we’ll explore: • Breath awareness and nervous system regulation • Gentle grounding and body connection • Slowing down the stress response • Releasing physical tension and mental overwhelm • Creating more safety and ease within the body You do not need experience. You do not need to “do it right.” You just get to show up exactly as you are. Provided: Yoga Mat Yoga bolster Blocks Light blanket Optional: • Blanket (if you'd like your own) • Pillow (if desired) • Water bottle This event is intentionally kept small to create a supportive and intimate environment. Come breathe. Come soften. Come reconnect with yourself.
