A Reiki Energy Healing session with Steph consists of some beginning discussion of your intentions or needs. 

Reiki Healing Energy goes where it's intended. You rest comfortably on a massage table and with permission, hands are placed on different energy centers on the body. 

Steph prides herself in holding safe, non-judgmental space for all of her clients. She will put you at ease and help you to relax. Your trust in her and intentions for the session can go a long way in healing/moving stuck or blocked energy. 

These sessions are normally individual but group/couple sessions can be arranged too.

Private Reiki

Sound Healing Meditation with Steph can be individual or group based. Individual sessions are usually enjoyed while you rest on a massage table surrounded by instruments that Steph intuitively plays to help you rest and relax. 

Sound Meditation can help to occupy the busy mind by following the sounds, which help to bring the body ease. It can be like a vibrational massage for your nervous system and bring you back into balance. 

Group Sound Meditations are $175/hr for up to 10 people. If you have a smaller group, message Steph regarding rates.

Private Sound Meditation

This class will connect breath and movements together with a focus on strengthening the whole core. Weaving traditional yoga poses into the practice, this is way more than just a front of the belly core class. We utilize blocks, blankets and other props in creative ways to increase our total core strength. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and stronger from the inside out! As always, sound meditation will be enjoyed at the end of our practice.

Gentle Yoga with Core

This class will focus on breath and gently warming up the body before we move on to balance postures in unique ways. Some classes we spend the whole time breaking down one specific balance pose and use the wall, chairs, blocks and other props to really develop the muscle memory for increased balance. We will cool down, stretch and relax towards the end of the practice enjoying sound meditation to finish the class.

Gentle Yoga with Balance

This blended vinyasa yoga class weaves together energizing power flows and soothing, gentle movements to create a balanced and accessible practice for everyone. Students are guided through strong, breath-driven sequences that build heat and strength, then invited to slow down with mindful transitions, deep stretches, and moments of rest. Options and modifications are offered throughout, encouraging each person to move in a way that honors their body and experience level. The class cultivates a supportive, welcoming environment where beginners and seasoned practitioners alike can explore strength, softness, and presence on the mat.

Blended Vinyasa Class

This gentle yoga class offers a calm, supportive space for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Movements are slow and mindful, with clear guidance and options so everyone can practice at their own pace. The class focuses on ease, breath, and relaxation, helping students build strength and flexibility while also unwinding and reconnecting with their bodies.

Self Bodywork for Nervous System Regulation w/ Mia

Learn a gentle, easy-to-follow routine designed to support your body’s natural lymphatic circulation in the head, face, and neck. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn the correct sequence and light-touch techniques you can safely perform at home to promote healthy fluid movement and encourage relaxation.

This class may be especially beneficial for those who experience facial puffiness, sinus congestion, tension headaches, TMJ discomfort, or who simply want to incorporate a relaxing self-care practice into their daily routine.

Self-Lymphatic Drainage for the Head, Face & Neck

You rest and relax, while I play soothing sounds using instruments that help to calm and ease your nervous system, mind and body. 

We will theme this session around releasing and letting go -  things/people/places -  that no longer serve your highest SELF in honor of the Fall Equinox. 

Bring your comfy things from home (pillows,camping pads,blankets) to set yourself up best for rest. We do have yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks.

Elemental Touch: A Touching Experience of Connection and Depth for Couples is a playful, hands-on workshop for couples who want to explore new dimensions of touch, enjoyment, and connection together.

Over time, even loving and connected couples can fall into familiar patterns and without realizing it, the landscape of this connection can begin to feel smaller than it actually is.

This experience is an invitation to get curious again.

Together, we’ll explore our Elemental Touch framework, which offers a playful way to understand and experiment with different qualities, energies, and textures of touch. You’ll then have a chance to put these skills into practice with attuned touch practices that open you up to new possibilities in the world of touch and connection.

You may uncover preferences you haven’t had language for before, new ways of touching and being touched, or even illuminate parts of your connection that have been waiting to be explored.

All practices will be completed with your own partner, with an emphasis on consent, choice, communication, and moving at a pace that feels right for both of you.

Afterward, we’ll share snacks and create space for everyone to linger, connect, and enjoy the warmth of the evening together.

​The feet and lower limb create the foundation of the body and tend to be where most dysfunction is present due to injury, trauma, stress of life, body position, and poor footwear. Therapists will learn to identify and affect common pathologies and patterns of dysfunction. This course focuses on the connective tissue (fascia) of the thigh and lower leg. A review of the anatomy of the foot, ankle and lower leg in relationship to structure and function is covered in this course.

Structural Integration: The Lower Limb

The American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning Course (HALF ONLINE) teaches participants how to recognize and respond to first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults. The course combines online learning with an in-person skills session and meets OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion, participants earn a 2-year nationally recognized digital certification accepted across healthcare, education, public safety, childcare, construction, and many other fields.

Techniques taught encourage the body to maintain better alignment and balance, which results in less energy to function. Structural Bodywork theory, foundational concepts and techniques are used to lengthen tissue and facilitate a client’s positive relationship with gravity.

Fascial Cupping Release Therapy

Cupping plus active range of motion is a manual treatment that combines negative-pressure cupping over the skin and underlying fascia with guided, patient-active movements to restore mobility, reduce myofascial restrictions, and improve tissue hydration and circulation.

What it is:

Cupping creates suction (silicone or plastic cups) on the skin to lift and mobilize the superficial fascia and soft tissues allowing for more blood flow. 

While cups are applied, the client performs specific active range-of-motion (AROM) or functional movements to actively stretch, glide, and reorganize fascial layers and improve neuromuscular control.

The therapist sequences cup placement and movement patterns to target lines of tension and movement dysfunction rather than isolated muscles alone.

Many clients report feeling like a massage stroke is still happening on the body even after the session is over. The perception of pain can be diminished, as tape can interrupt the pain cycle.
Participants will have ample time to learn how to cut and apply tape, practice taping techniques, experience how tape feels, and how to use it in an everyday practice to enhance the results of the massage therapy session.
