This blended vinyasa yoga class weaves together energizing power flows and soothing, gentle movements to create a balanced and accessible practice for everyone. Students are guided through strong, breath-driven sequences that build heat and strength, then invited to slow down with mindful transitions, deep stretches, and moments of rest. Options and modifications are offered throughout, encouraging each person to move in a way that honors their body and experience level. The class cultivates a supportive, welcoming environment where beginners and seasoned practitioners alike can explore strength, softness, and presence on the mat.

Blended Vinyasa Class

This class will connect breath and movements together with a focus on strengthening the whole core. Weaving traditional yoga poses into the practice, this is way more than just a front of the belly core class. We utilize blocks, blankets and other props in creative ways to increase our total core strength. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and stronger from the inside out! As always, sound meditation will be enjoyed at the end of our practice.

Gentle Yoga with Core

This class will focus on breath and gently warming up the body before we move on to balance postures in unique ways. Some classes we spend the whole time breaking down one specific balance pose and use the wall, chairs, blocks and other props to really develop the muscle memory for increased balance. We will cool down, stretch and relax towards the end of the practice enjoying sound meditation to finish the class.

Gentle Yoga with Balance

This Yoga Mobility class is designed to help you build a clear, practical plan to become more mobile every day — and stay mobile for years to come. Instead of just stretching, we combine intentional yoga flows, strength-based mobility drills, breathwork, and joint care techniques to improve how your body actually moves in real life.

You’ll learn how to maintain flexible hips, a strong and mobile spine, resilient shoulders, and stable knees — all essential for long-term movement health.

 Together, we create a personalized mobility plan you can follow daily — simple routines, weekly focus areas, and habits that protect your body as you age. Whether your goal is to move pain-free, enhance athletic performance, or stay independent and active in your later years, this class gives you the tools.

This is not about pushing harder — it’s about moving smarter.

About Somatics
The word somatic means “of or relating to the body.”
Somatic healing is a body-centered approach that bridges mind and body for holistic restoration. Somatic Stress Release®, developed by Dr. Scott Lyons, integrates movement therapy, fascial release, bodywork, breath, and emotional awareness to help unwind tension, process stored emotion, and restore balance. Breathwork + Regulation Night is a low-pressure monthly experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect to your body, and give your nervous system space to exhale.

Breathwork & Regulation Night

Self-bodywork works to untangle the layers of emotion and tension that get stuck in the body and bring the nervous system back into balance.

In this workshop, you’ll learn self-bodywork techniques that release tension, regulate your nervous system, and restore a sense of ease and comfort in your body. These are practical tools that you can use in your everyday life that bring groundedness and balance to your body within a matter of minutes.

Together, you’ll be guided through a cozy, heart-centered experience with ceremonial-grade cacao, a heart-opening meditation, conscious connection practices, and attuned touch with your partner.

So many workshops feel like a lecture, or therapy, or are centered around fixing something. This is not that. 

It’s a mindful date night designed to help you slow down, settle in, and remember what it feels like to really be together.

Body Composition Workshop w/ Sarah

The Receivership Experience is a one day somatic experience for women who are used to being the one who holds everything together.

The one people go to.

​The feet and lower limb create the foundation of the body and tend to be where most dysfunction is present due to injury, trauma, stress of life, body position, and poor footwear. Therapists will learn to identify and affect common pathologies and patterns of dysfunction. This course focuses on the connective tissue (fascia) of the thigh and lower leg. A review of the anatomy of the foot, ankle and lower leg in relationship to structure and function is covered in this course.

Structural Integration: The Lower Limb

The American Red Cross Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Blended Learning Course (HALF ONLINE) teaches participants how to recognize and respond to first aid, breathing, and cardiac emergencies involving adults. The course combines online learning with an in-person skills session and meets OSHA and other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion, participants earn a 2-year nationally recognized digital certification accepted across healthcare, education, public safety, childcare, construction, and many other fields.

Techniques taught encourage the body to maintain better alignment and balance, which results in less energy to function. Structural Bodywork theory, foundational concepts and techniques are used to lengthen tissue and facilitate a client’s positive relationship with gravity.

Fascial Cupping Release Therapy

Cupping plus active range of motion is a manual treatment that combines negative-pressure cupping over the skin and underlying fascia with guided, patient-active movements to restore mobility, reduce myofascial restrictions, and improve tissue hydration and circulation.

What it is:

Cupping creates suction (silicone or plastic cups) on the skin to lift and mobilize the superficial fascia and soft tissues allowing for more blood flow. 

While cups are applied, the client performs specific active range-of-motion (AROM) or functional movements to actively stretch, glide, and reorganize fascial layers and improve neuromuscular control.

The therapist sequences cup placement and movement patterns to target lines of tension and movement dysfunction rather than isolated muscles alone.
