Private Reiki

Description

A Reiki Energy Healing session with Steph consists of some beginning discussion of your intentions or needs. Reiki Healing Energy goes where it's intended. You rest comfortably on a massage table and with permission, hands are placed on different energy centers on the body. Steph prides herself in holding safe, non-judgmental space for all of her clients. She will put you at ease and help you to relax. Your trust in her and intentions for the session can go a long way in healing/moving stuck or blocked energy. These sessions are normally individual but group/couple sessions can be arranged too.
