Join me for an intimate workshop focused on understanding body composition, metabolism, and sustainable health beyond simply chasing a number on the scale. Together, we’ll explore: • what body composition actually means • how muscle, body fat, hydration, and movement impact long-term health • why the scale alone tells us very little • how wearable data (steps, active energy burn, sleep, etc.) can support realistic goals • practical ways to improve health through sustainable habits This workshop will include: ✔️ body composition assessments using a smart scale ✔️ personalized interpretation of your results ✔️ guidance on setting realistic, individualized goals ✔️ education on movement, metabolism, and healthy aging ✔️ discussion centered around sustainability, not extremes Please bring (if you have it): • your phone and/or wearable tracking device (Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin, etc.) • an open mind and willingness to learn more about your body in a supportive, judgment-free environment Let's learn how to support our bodies in a realistic, sustainable way for the long term.
